Terms of service

The agreement between you and Waoo Network, in the plainest language we can manage.

In effect from September 9, 2026

The agreement

Using Waoo Photo means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, do not use it — and if you have already, delete what you uploaded and ask us to close the account.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, so keep the password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it.

One account is for one person or one household. You may share photos and albums with other people where the app offers it; you may not resell access to it.

Your photos are yours

Everything you upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, process it so it can be displayed and searched, and show it back to you and to anyone you have shared it with. That permission ends when you delete the photo.

Upload only pictures you have the right to store, and only of people who would not object to your keeping them. Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

What this is not

Waoo Photo is a photo library, not a backup service. It is careful with your files, but it is not a substitute for your own copy of anything you could not bear to lose.

Face grouping is a suggestion, not an identification. It gets people wrong, which is why every match waits for you to confirm it.

Sharing

A share is between you and the people you name — they have to sign in to open it, and what they can do is whatever you allowed when you created it. If you turn on resharing, they can invite others, so turn it on deliberately.

When you share photographs of other people, you are the one deciding they should be seen. Please decide that carefully.

Cost

Waoo Photo costs nothing to use today. If that changes, prices will be shown before you are ever asked for a card, and an existing account will be told before a charge could apply to it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and will not always succeed. There is no uptime guarantee, and features may change as the product develops. Anything that would remove access to what you have uploaded will be announced first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses — a lost photograph, a missed memory, time spent re-uploading.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

These terms can change. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect. Questions go to [email protected].
